d) RFLegal LLP have the right to decline your request for erasure of personaldata to the extent that data processing is necessary: i. for exercising theright of freedom of expression and information; ii. for compliance with a legalobligation which requires processing by EU or British law to which RFLegal LLPare subject, or for the performance of a task carried out in the publicinterest, like public health, archiving and scientific, historical research orstatistical purposes; or iii. for the establishment of, exercise of or defenceagainst legal claims.

e) You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if: i.the accuracy of the data is contested (and only for as long as it takes toverify that accuracy); ii. the processing is unlawful, and you requestrestriction (as opposed to exercising the right to erasure); iii. RFLegal LLPno longer needs the data for their original purpose, but the data is stillrequired by RFLegal LLP to establish, exercise or defend legal rights; or iv.verification of overriding grounds is pending in the context of an erasurerequest.

f) You have the right to receive your own personal data, which you haveprovided to RFLegal LLP, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readableformat. You also have the right to transmit the data to another data controllerwithout hindrance from RFLegal LLP unless this is technically unfeasible.

As a consequence, RFLegalLLP would no longer be allowed to process your personal data unless it candemonstrate compelling, legitimate grounds for the processing.
